The online careerCENTRE ™ is being used by some of the leading career practitioners in New Zealand. Providing NZ specific resources that are appropriate for school leavers through to the mature career-changer you will find that clients or staff get great value from our thought-provoking assessment tools and comprehensive career resource centre.
Cost effective licensing arrangements are available for both the sole-practitioner through to the schools-based practitioner or corporate manager charged with talent development responsibilities.
how does it work?
The online careerCENTRE ™ comprises four stand alone assessment tools which combine to assist with a thorough career review and to provide the basis for realistic career actions within a corporate context.
Your clients or staff can have access to the online career centre via the web, taking four 20 minute sessions or one session of approximately 1.5 hours. After this, they can immediately download their reports for reflection and accessing career planning tools from our resource hub to facilitate planning for their immediate and future action.
The assessment tools and career resources provide the user the means for analysing their current situation in terms of their jobs, their career and themselves; facilitating realistic career action plans that are motivating and enabling the individual to maximise their potential and fulfilment beginning from their current role.
